As a result of the stress of work, our lives have become very mechanical. We had almost forgotten to spend some time with ourselves in our efforts to keep up with the rest of culture and keep up to date. Yoga is the only method to keep our bodies and brains in condition, as well as assist us relax from the stress and strain we face on a daily basis. Sumangala decided to host a camp to learn more about yoga and to share its benefits with others. To explore the world of yoga and spread its virtues to others, Sumangala decided to organize a camp. We were apprehensive about how popular the program would be, but to our amazement, individuals of all ages showed up and engaged at their discretion. We hired Mr. Dhirendranath Chakraborty, a skilled yoga instructor, to help us truly grasp the spirit of yoga. He demonstrated a variety of yoga poses and stressed the value of the practise. Yoga is more than just a form of exercise. It is a method of releasing all of the tension in one's life. Everyone was moved by the workshop and requested that it be repeated on a regular basis. So, a few days later, we had another session, which went even better! To say the least, it was a Sumanagala affair!
