The primary motivation for forming Behal Sumangala, was to create a Nonprofit Organization that could perform various activities to help disadvantaged slum regions and susceptible communities transition to self-sustaining societies. Thus, Behala Sumangala was established on July 28, 2010, with the noble goal of lending a helping hand to those in need. Sumangala works directly with economically vulnerable groups, empowering them via medical supplies, schooling, and career opportunities. Sumangala means auspicious, and our motives are also auspicious.
